I think we all know what kind of women Spiezio prefers judging by his ink. His choice of tattoos sure does bring up a lot of questions...

What if he is hitting on a woman who is smaller and lacking the assets of the woman on his arm?

What if Spiezio never finds a woman who compares to his tattoo?

What if he falls in love with his arm?

He may not be invited to any pool parties at the Oval Office anytime soon, but I will give him points for the uniqueness of it.

Think about it, though...you have to be confident to engulf your entire left bicep with a tattoo like that and still expect to get women.
