Lindsay was adamant then that she wanted to fight the allegations…until it was said that if she lost, she would do a year in jail.

Now we’re hearing reports that Lindsay has her attorney talking to the District Attorney’s office about the plea deal after all! They’re talking it over, but the prosecuting attorney, Danette Meyers, has no plans of budging on the six month jail term.

The two attorneys will meet with the judge in the case next week where Lindsay’s attorney will ask what sentence he’d give her if she pleads guilty or no contest. Reportedly, he’d go for a three month sentence, which means she’ll do less than a month in the slammer. Overcrowding issues have us speculating that she’ll do roughly two weeks, give or take a day or two. What do you think? Let us know in the comments!
