Ciara stepped into the role of fashion police tonight on an episode of E!’s “Fashion Police.” Ciara joined by Joan Rivers and stylist George Kotsiopoulos commented on her past run in with Rihanna sayong “Rihanna used to be so nice. I just saw her and she wasn’t the nicest..” It only took a few minutes for Rihanna to catch wind of the comment and the ladies took it to twitter. WATCH BELOW
