Three years in the making, Kanye is being sued for assault by a photographer who said that he was attacked by Kanye and his security team three years ago. It sounds like this guy could have a pretty solid case so Kanye better hope that his new album, Watch The Throne, with Jay-Z brings in the dough. The two are set to debut the album either this week or in early March. Kanye calls the album, "dark and sexy, like couture hip-hop." We can't wait to hear what that sounds like.Tweet
