A few days ago, a rough trailer of actor Michael Rapaport’s A Tribe Called Quest documentary leaked online. The film is set to debut at the Sundance Film Festival next year, but don’t expect to see Q-Tip there. This afternoon via his Twitter account, he said he’s no longer showing his support for the film.

"I am not in support of the a tribe called quest documentary. The filmmaker should respect the band to the point of honoring the few requests that’s was made abt the piece. The filmmaker shld respect the band enough to honor our request regarding the the film"(RapRadar)
