In this racy new shoot for BLANK magazine the 24-year-old actress puts her troubles to the back of her mind and continues to play up to her bad girl image, posing and pouting with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth.

In one of the shots Lindsay, a smoker herself, pulls a provocative pose with the cigarette - grabbing her left breast as she does so.

And Lindsay's outfits also hark back to this era, when smoking was a lot more acceptable.

Lohan seems to be putting the half eaten fast food treat back into her mouth in the shot - which again accentuates her cleavage in a tight-fitting vest.

Although, judging by her figure, whether she actually eats any kind of fast food is highly doubtful.

It's not the first time Lindsay has managed to find time to pose in front of the camera, in fact she seems to spend more time modelling than she does as a supposed actress.

Within the last year alone she has shot for Complex magazine, the German edition of GQ, Mark Ecko, photographer Tyler Shields (which also saw her posing with a cigarette), Benn Jae, Grazia, Maxim and plenty more besides.

According to recent reports Lindsay Lohan could avoid jail, even though she was handed a 120-day sentence by the judge in her latest case concerning the alleged theft of a necklace.

According to a source that spoke to U.S. website TMZ, she could be ordered to see out her sentence at home with an electronic tag on her leg - rather than spend the time in prison.

The source from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department told the site that at-home incarceration is quite normal for a nonviolent offence.
However, there’s still a chance the “Mean Girls” star will be sporting an orange jumpsuit.

TMZ's source said: 'It’s way too early to determine what our position will be on the issue.'

They also said the office 'could object to that. Lindsay is a repeat offender, period. Our office will be in communication with Lindsay’s attorney to discuss the case, and what their position on the matter is.'
