‘Girls Gone Wild’ Creator Joe Francis Indicted For $2.5 Milli In Gambling Debts!
Damn son, all that bread you made and you can’t pay back a lil punk a** 2 million dollars???
It looks like the king of “Girls Gone Wild” has finally run out of luck.
Joe Francis was indicted by a grand jury in Las Vegas on Wednesday on charges that he didn’t pay a $2.5 million gambling debt he owed to the ritzy Wynn Casino.
The 37-year-old playboy is accused of signing gambling markers, essentially taking IOUs, at the casino in February 2007 without repaying what he borrowed.
Francis, who made a forture filming college-age women “going wild” and getting naked in his popular DVD series, claimed he already paid the debt through previous arrangements, and blasted casino officials for reneging on agreed discounts.
He said he did not sign a gambling marker and accused the casino of cashing the marker 15 months after it was issued even though the Wynn knew Francis’ bank had closed the account.
“I’m 100% confident that I will prevail, just like I always do,” Francis told TMZ. “Steve Wynn has enormous influence over the politicians in the Las Vegas area – so I’m sure he’s behind this.”
“The moral of the story is don’t gamble at the Wynn casinos or this could happen to you,” Francis said.
Hmm, sounds fishy and somebody in this story is lying like a muhfugga. You sound confident Joe, but in the end, the house always wins. Good luck.(bossip)
