Rapper Clifford Joseph Harris aka T.I. was sentenced to eleven months in jail for a violation of his probation after he and his wife Tameka Cottle aka Tiny were arrested for possession of a controlled substance (ecstasy).

The federal judge had no choice but to revoke the probation related to a 2009 federal gun possession conviction and send T.I., who begged for another chance and admitted he needed help for his drug addiction, back to the slammer.

T.I. had proven he wanted to pay his dues to society and be a better person. The 30 year-old recently tied the knot and still had time to play hero as he talked and convinced a suicide jumper to give life another chance last week. One of the officers from the suicide jumper incident even testified on his behalf.

Sorry T.I.! This time the rapper will not escape jail, but he should check into rehab as soon as he gets out next year. T.I. has two weeks to voluntarily turn himself in
